I stayed on the eighth floor and barely heard any street noise, which is honestly impressive given how bustling the area gets during rush hour. The bathrooms are where they really show off – deep soaking tubs and those rainfall showerheads that actually have decent water pressure (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case).

The staff here genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing, which isn’t always a given at five-star properties. Check-in was smooth, and when I mentioned I was having trouble with my phone’s international plan, the concierge didn’t just point me toward the business center – he actually helped me sort it out right there at the desk. Little things like that make a difference when you’re dealing with travel stress. The restaurant situation is solid too – their Korean breakfast spread includes some really authentic dishes alongside the usual international options, and the evening bar has this cozy atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation without shouting. Parking can be a bit tight if you’re driving, but honestly, you’re better off using the subway anyway since the area is well-connected to most places you’d want to visit.
