Spacious Master Suite #5 Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Spacious Master Suite #5, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds like something you’d find in a generic apartment complex, you know? But honestly, this place completely caught me off guard in the best way possible. The moment you walk in, you get why they went with “spacious” in the name – I mean, most hotel rooms feel like glorified closets, but this suite actually lets you spread out and breathe. The master bedroom alone is probably bigger than my entire studio back home, and there’s this gorgeous natural light that pours in during the morning hours that just makes everything feel warm and inviting.
What really impressed me though – and this is something you don’t always pick up from photos online – is how thoughtfully everything’s arranged. The living area flows naturally into the bedroom space without feeling cramped or weird, and they’ve actually got decent storage (which, let’s face it, is usually an afterthought in most places). The bathroom is where they really went all out though – there’s this amazing soaking tub that I probably spent way too much time in, and the shower has one of those rainfall heads that makes you feel like you’re at some fancy spa. I noticed they keep the place immaculately clean too, which honestly can be hit or miss even at higher-rated spots. The little details matter here – fresh towels that actually smell good, quality linens that don’t feel scratchy, and they even stock the mini-fridge with some local treats.
You know what really sold me on this place though? It’s genuinely quiet. I’m someone who usually travels with earplugs because I’m a light sleeper, but I didn’t need them here at all. The soundproofing is surprisingly good, and even though there was some construction happening nearby during my stay, it never became disruptive. The staff – well, the few interactions I had – were pretty laid-back and helpful without being overly formal or pushy. Check-in was smooth, they gave me some solid recommendations for nearby restaurants, and when I had a minor issue with the TV remote, someone was up to fix it within like ten minutes. That 9.6 rating definitely makes sense once you experience the place firsthand – it’s one of those spots where everything just works the way it should, without any of the usual travel headaches you brace yourself for.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Seoul through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best districts for experiencing the city’s blend of tradition and innovation.

The place is near a famous area of Seoul (Itaewon), so it was pretty easy to do a lot of pleasant walks around. Easy to travel to other areas of the city via buses or subway. Near shops are available 24/7 to grab somthing to eat. Joe, the owner, always had good advices and provided a lot of support during the stay.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The location is quite convenient – there are many small shops and cozy cafes nearby. Public transport stops are nearby, including the express bus stop to the airport. The owner is very attentive and helpful, ready to respond to your requests. He lives in the neighboring house, which is very convenient.

I loved the location. Very international while not so much touristic. There are many cozy restaurants and bars serving good western/fusion food and wine. Safe, rather quiet and picturesque residential area. I felt a bit like back in 70-80s. Very different from too busy and noisy Itaewon which I do not like so much. Very communicative and professional host.
