The Hapjeong location is honestly perfect if you want to feel connected to the city without being in the thick of tourist chaos. That five-minute walk to the station is no exaggeration – I timed it myself because I’m neurotic about these things – and once you’re on the subway, you can reach Hongdae in literally two stops or Gangnam in about twenty minutes. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that I absolutely love, with plenty of local cafés and those tiny convenience stores that somehow have everything you need at 2 AM. You know what surprised me most though? How quiet it gets at night, even though you’re so close to all the action. I mean, you’ll hear the occasional delivery scooter, but nothing that’ll keep you awake if you’re a reasonably sound sleeper. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained – the kind of place where the elevator works properly and the hallways don’t smell weird, which honestly is more than you can say for some fancier places I’ve stayed. With a 9.6 rating, I expected it to be good, but the attention to practical details really sets it apart from those sterile hotel experiences where everything looks perfect in photos but falls short when you’re actually trying to live there for a few days.

  The apartment is clean, tidy and really comfortable. You can find almost everything you need inside. I liked all the design details, the host made them properly. It’s really nice to stay there.
  The host is sooo friendly, kind and always ready to help with any questions. We found some things prepared personally for us, toothbrushes, coffee, instant noodles, cookies it’s so nice of them.
  The location is also good, quiet and safe. There are some cafes, stores and a mall nearby.
  The entrance system is easy to walk and press the buttons.

  A very nice, clean and spacious flat. The house is situated in a calm part of a street, there are a few restaurants in the street as well. Not far from the flat there is a shopping centre and a subway with two lines. The flat is equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds are very comfortable, it is calm outside at night. Communication with the owners was perfect. We would come again any time and we gladly recommend this accomodation.

  The apartment was big enough for 4 of us (2 couples), it was placed close to a street full of restaurants and a local 7-Eleven was behind the corner. Everything we needed was provided and more. Even umbrellas to use (just in case!). The host was very quick to reply and help out. Very good place and probably my favourite of all other places I stayed in Korea (including luxury hotels).
