Khan Residence
Your Seoul Retreat
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Khan Residence – honestly, the name had me picturing something either super fancy or completely outdated. Turns out it’s this charming middle ground that just works. It’s one of those 3-star places that punches way above its weight class, and I mean that in the best possible way. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this warm, lived-in feeling that immediately puts you at ease. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day (which is rarer than you’d think), and they’ve got this knack for anticipating what you need before you even ask.
What really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the details that other hotels completely miss. The rooms have this perfect balance of modern comfort without feeling sterile – you’ll find thoughtful touches like bedside reading lights that actually work, shower pressure that doesn’t leave you disappointed, and blackout curtains that mean business when you need to sleep in. The beds are surprisingly comfortable too, none of that rock-hard mattress nonsense you sometimes get at mid-range places. I actually found myself looking forward to coming back to my room each evening, which says something. The housekeeping is spot-on as well – they manage to tidy up without moving your stuff around or making it feel like strangers have been rifling through your belongings.
Here’s the thing that really sold me on Khan Residence though – it’s got this authentic neighborhood feel that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing a place rather than just passing through it. You can hear life happening around you, but not in an annoying way. Morning coffee in their little seating area becomes this ritual where you start recognizing other guests, maybe chat with someone about their plans for the day. The whole vibe is relaxed and unpretentious. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels that try too hard to impress, but this one just focuses on doing the basics really, really well. With ratings like theirs (8.8 is pretty solid for any hotel, let alone a 3-star), you know they’re consistently getting it right. It’s the kind of place I’d actually recommend to friends without any caveats – you know, that rare spot where the photos match reality and you don’t feel like you’ve been oversold on anything.
Seoul’s hotels showcase the perfect blend of traditional Korean hospitality and ultra-modern amenities, with many featuring spa services and authentic Korean cultural experiences.

Guest Reviews
The apartment was well furnished, and decorated in a stylish way. It was a very comfortable place to call home for the week I was in Tokyo.
Very clean and all necessity are available
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Very well equiped place, the two beds situation is really convenient.
There are a 7eleven + CU just down the building which was also ideal.
Location was great, just a few mins by walk from Samseong metro station and Coex Mall if you'd like to visit.
Host was quick to respond which was helpful.
Location, location, location! You just get the easiest access to everything you want for a very competitive price. Transport, shopping, food, you name it,,,,everything is at your fingertips.
The location was perfect. The apartment was quiet, clean and very well equipped
Great location, near Coex, Samsung Trade Center, the famous Gangnam sign and the metro station. Fully furnished with all the requirements to live. Nice to have a convenient store on the ground floor. Less expensive than other hotels and the host replies very quickly. Approved!
Very good location, in the centre, close to metro and buses. Two convenience shops open 24 hours on the first floor.
Great location on walking distance from COEX conference center. Clean apartment, good wifi.
There is a small grocery store inside the building open till late. Also ATM on ground level.
The property owner provided clear indications on how to enter the building and room.
If you travel by public transportation: get off the metro at Samseong Station, it's only a 10 min walk from there.
Very convenient location, several bus stops and a subway station are in a walking distance from the property. Everything was clean, there's a kitchen with all the utensils for cooking, 2 beds, a washing machine, umbrellas, towels and everything we needed. AC works and neighbors were quiet. There's an e-lock, so we didn't have to carry keys, which is very convenient. There're also small shops downstairs for groceries. Rahmet(thanks) from Kazakhstan!
