One thing I appreciated was how the front desk staff could actually give you directions to places beyond the obvious tourist spots – they pointed me toward this incredible jjigae place down a side alley that I never would have found otherwise. If you’re someone who wants to experience Seoul rather than just see it, and you don’t need a bunch of hotel amenities you probably won’t use anyway, Hotel Doma Myeongdong hits that sweet spot of location, value, and authentic Korean hospitality.
