  離弘大3號出口約步行5分鐘（出口處設有手扶梯），民宿附近有便利商店CU和GS25。民宿位於二樓，雖無電梯，但仍在可接受的範圍內。設施齊全，包含毛巾、浴巾、吹風機、室內拖鞋、洗髮精、沐浴乳、潤髮乳，並且電視可連接至 YouTube。房東回覆訊息迅速且態度親切。暖氣開關的右下方設有熱水調整功能，建議大家洗澡前先調整好水溫，以免著涼。
