Ever8 Serviced Residence
Your Seoul Retreat
You know what really caught me off guard about Ever8 Serviced Residence? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be flashy, but honestly delivers on the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. I mean, sure, it’s a 3-star property, but sometimes those are the gems that surprise you the most – and with an 8.1 rating, clearly I’m not the only one who thinks so.
The whole serviced residence concept works really well here. You get proper apartment-style accommodations with kitchenettes that are actually functional (not those joke setups where you can barely boil water), which is perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights or just want the option to grab groceries and make your own coffee in the morning. The rooms have this clean, unfussy vibe – nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s properly maintained. I appreciated that the Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, and the housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work. Small thing, but the towels were always fresh and the bathroom actually stayed clean, which… well, you’d be surprised how many places mess that up.
What I really liked was how genuinely helpful the staff was without being overbearing. They knew their neighborhood well and gave me actual useful recommendations – not just the tourist traps everyone suggests. The check-in process was smooth, no unnecessary upselling or confusing policies. Parking situation was straightforward too, which saved me the usual urban hotel headache of circling blocks looking for a spot. The building itself is quiet – I barely heard neighbors, and street noise wasn’t an issue even though there’s decent activity in the area. Honestly, for the price point, you’re getting solid value here. It’s not going to wow you with marble lobbies or rooftop pools, but if you want a reliable, comfortable base that lets you actually experience the city instead of just your hotel room, Ever8 hits that sweet spot perfectly. The kind of place where you sleep well, start your day without drama, and don’t feel like you’re overpaying for a bunch of amenities you’ll never use.
To book a hotel in Seoul during major cultural festivals, travelers need early planning as this dynamic capital draws visitors eager to experience its cutting-edge technology and rich traditional heritage.

Guest Reviews
There is a small gym on B1. It doesn't have much equipment, but it was nice to be able to use. It was nice to have a washing machine! You can buy laundry detergent and other necessities in the convenience store connected to the building.
The location is great, close to the No. 2 subway station and many universities in the neighborhood. To travel to the city center, it only takes 2 to 4 subway stops. The staff member was very friendly and helped me call a taxi right away. I really appreciated the promptness.
Very clean, well equipped and spacious
Room had a good equipped kitchen with a very big fridge. Overall the room and the bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Shower gel was offered and the location is convenient located and quiet at night (almost no traffic noise).

Comfortable room, quiet with great facilities. Excellent location.
Topmost is the very helpful staff who accommodated every request we made especially with regards to assistance in the transportation because of my disabled daughter who is with us for a treatment in Severance Hospital which is just near the hotel.
