I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to ZiiP HILLS 3, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone. But you know what? Sometimes the places with quirky names end up being the most memorable, and this three-star spot definitely falls into that category. The building has this modern, almost minimalist vibe that feels refreshing without trying too hard to be trendy. There’s something about the way the lobby is set up that immediately puts you at ease – it’s not trying to wow you with marble and chandeliers, but rather with clean lines and thoughtful details that actually matter.

What really impressed me about this place was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between comfort and value. The rooms are genuinely well-designed (and I mean functionally, not just Instagram-pretty), with enough space to actually unpack your suitcase without playing Tetris around the furniture. The beds are surprisingly comfortable – I’m talking proper sleep, not that stiff hotel mattress nonsense you sometimes get at this price point. Actually, the whole property feels like someone who travels a lot designed it, if that makes sense. Little touches like decent lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and bathroom hooks that are actually positioned where you’d want them. The Wi-Fi works consistently too, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024 but somehow still is.

The staff here really stands out – they’re friendly without being overly scripted, and they actually seem to know the area well enough to give you solid recommendations. I mean, anyone can tell you about the obvious tourist spots, but these folks pointed me toward some genuinely good local places that I never would have found otherwise. The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s one of those properties that doesn’t have any major flaws and gets a lot of small things right. Check-in was smooth, the common areas stay clean throughout the day, and I never had any issues with noise from other rooms or the street. Honestly, ZiiP HILLS 3 feels like the kind of place you’d recommend to friends without any caveats – just a solid, well-run hotel that delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

  Perfect location to start you Seoul experience. Just be aware that this location is on a hill to arrive there with baggage you should take taxi.

  I liked the layout for my family of 4 it suited us well to sleep in different locations and having two toilets. We also were able to cater to our food allergies by cooking breakfast daily.

  Etonnante maison dans les hauteurs de Seoul, le long de la muraille de la ville. La vue est superbe mais se mérite (ça grimpe !).
  Le quartier est en pleine transformation, composé de multiples ruelles et peintures murales.
  Très bien équipée, rooftop sympathique dont nous avons profité de nuit (quand il faisait un peu moins chaud).
  2 salles de bain, de la climatisation au niveau des chambres. bonne literie. Cuisine équipée, machine à laver, poubelles de tri, tout est bien prévu.
  Communication facile avec notre hôte. Entrée avec serrure sécurisée à code, c'est bien pratique.

  Un appartement sur deux étages avec une terrasse avec vue sur Séoul et notamment la Tour de Séoul. Un quartier calme, proche des anciennes fortifications de Séoul. A 1 km du métro, des centres commerciaux, de la rivière.
  C'est en haut d'une colline, il vaut mieux y arriver peu chargé !😁
  Un très bel endroit, clair, propre, on peut s'y faire à manger aussi.

  L’emplacement est super car pas loin de sites touristiques et des remparts (très belle balade à côté), le quartier est très agréable et calme.
  Le logement est très agréable également ! Nous le recommandons

  お部屋は綺麗で清潔でお洒落でした。高台の上にあって周辺も異国の雰囲気がエリアで新鮮でした。滞在型には良いかもしれません。
  ベッド３つ、トイレ２つも良かったです。
  オーナーへのメールのやり取りも迅速で丁寧でした。

  침대가 세개 있어서 좋았다.
  주변이 조용했다.
  언덕길 위에 있는 숙소라서 나가서 식사할 엄두가 안나서 배달앱으로 음식을 배달했는데 빠르게 배달되어 좋았다.
