  地下鉄のジュンサン駅からそれほど遠くない住宅街にあり、比較的静かでした。部屋は広く、清潔で落ち着きました。部屋の鍵はスマートロックなので、鍵を紛失する心配がありません。
  電気、水道、ガスを自由に使うことができ、コーヒーを淹れて飲みながら音楽を聴いたり、合間に洗濯をする事も可能です。
  エアコンと除湿機があり、温度、湿度の管理ができます。
  ハンドソープ、ボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ヘアードライヤー、フェイスタオルがあるので、シャワーに不便はありません。
  ベッドは、広くて柔らかなマットレスでした。
  冷蔵庫には、ビールとミネラルウォータがあり、ビールは飲みませんでしたが、ミネラルウォータは頂きました。
