There’s a 24-hour convenience store literally next door (trust me, you’ll use it), and I found this little Korean BBQ place about three blocks down that became my regular spot. The area gets pretty quiet after 10 PM, which I actually loved – you can hear yourself think, but you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere.

What really impressed me was how clean everything was. I mean, Korean hotels generally have high standards, but this place felt like someone actually cares about the details. The rooms aren’t huge – this is Seoul, after all – but they’re smartly designed with enough space for your stuff and a decent workspace if you need it. The terrace they mention? It’s not massive, but there’s actual outdoor space where you can sit with your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. Honestly, that little ritual became one of my favorite parts of staying there. Check-in was smooth, and the staff spoke enough English to handle anything you’d need help with. I never felt like I was bothering them, which sometimes happens at smaller places. The Wi-Fi actually worked everywhere (yes, even on that terrace), and the air conditioning didn’t sound like a helicopter landing, which – let’s be honest – is not always a given. If I had to nitpick, the shower pressure could be stronger, but it’s perfectly adequate. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you feel like you got more than you paid for, and in Seoul’s hotel market, that’s saying something.

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and here is my review. About the hotel: A small cozy apartment with all the necessary amenities. The terrace is very large, perfect for sitting with coffee in the morning! Everything is clean and tidy. It is quite convenient that you do not need to contact anyone, the apartment has everything you need, the doors open with a code. About the area: the hotel is 5 minutes from the metro and 40-50 minutes from the center. The area is quiet and calm, without unnecessary noise. There is a 7-eleven near the hotel, you can buy something to drink and eat. Overall 5/5, I definitely recommend it, if I ever find myself in Korea again, I will come to the same place.

  Это не отель, а как отдельная квартира. Всё чисто, большое чистых полотенец. Сама квартира достаточно хорошая, есть полноценная кухня, со всем что нужно для готовки и стиральная машина.
  Хозяин квартиры скидывает пароль от кодового замка в подъезд и в квартиру в день приезда. Можно заехать ночью, но если планируете заехать до времени заезда, которое написано на букинге, нужно обязательно предупредить хозяина. Конкретно мне разрешили ранний заезд бесплатно.
  Рядом есть автобусная остановка, (2 минуты пешком) и пятая линия метро (7 минут пешком). Есть круглосуточные магазины рядом и разные кафешки, в том числе которые работают до 2 ночи.
  Из названия понятно, что у квартиры есть терраса, которая добавляет уюта.
  Хозяин отзывчивый практически сразу отвечает на любые вопросы.
  Не уточнял про оплату наличными, но по предоплате с букинга никаких проблем не было.

  Понравилось всё: чисто, уютно, комфортно, отличное расположение. Легко добиратьсядо центра города, всего 35-40 минут и вы в центре. Прекрасная квартира, идеальное расположение кондиционера (он расположен на кухне и очень хорошо работает), огромный телевизор, стиральная машина, даже средство для стирки было. Не смогла воспользоваться террасой, так как шли дожди. Терраса идеальное дополнение к этой прекрасной квартире. Уютно как дома. Никакого шума не было, очень тихий и спокойный район.

  Rezervasyon yaparken sadece bir yorumun olması bizi biraz endişelendirmişti. Sonuçta 20 gün kalacaktık ve 33 bin TL’ye yakın ücret ödeyecektik. Fakat her şey çok güzel çıktı. Bu yüzden detaylıca anlatmak isterim.
  Tesisin konumu metroya yürüme mesafesinde çok yakın. Metro 5 ile heryere kolayca gidebiliyorsunuz. Metro hatları konusunda çok iyi zaten tüm ülke harika bir metro ağına sahip.
  Eve çok yakın bir yerde kocaman bir market var. Markette zeytin peynirden tutun hazır yiyeceklere kadar her şey var.
  Evin konforu çok iyiydi. Fotoğraftaki gibi bir yatak odası ve bir mutfak. Biz 20 gün kaldık ve evimize geldiğimizde mutluyduk. Mutfakta klima var yatak odasında ise vantilatör var bu sayede hiç sıcaklamıyorsunuz.
  Suları tertemiz çeşmeden içtik. Duş başlığı ikiliydi. Hem tavanda asılı olan hem de normali vardı. Tuvalet ve banyo birdi. Şampuandan tutun saç kremine ve 10 tane havluya kadar her şey vardı.
  Ev sahibi mutfaktaki tüm araç gereçleri fazlasıyla koymuştu. Sadece bir tane servis tabağı vardı. Onun dışındaki tüm tabaklar fazlasıyla vardı. Tenceresinden tutun süzgecine kadar.
  Çamaşır makinesi ve deterjanları da vardı. Hem yumuşatıcı hem de sıvı deterjan.
  Yemek yemek için bir de sehpa ve 2 sandalye vardı. Mikrodalgası ve ketılı da çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı.
  Terası fotoğraftakinden çok daha büyük. Işıklandırması da çok güzeldi. Küçük ışıkların pili bittiği için başta yanmadı ama yenisini takınca sorunsuz çalıştı.
  Çamaşır asmak için sağlam bir çamaşır teli, güneş ve yağmuru önlemek için kocaman bir tente vardı. 2 kocaman sandalye ve masa vardı.
  Evin dizaynı o kadar tatlı ve ince düşünceliydi ki gerçekten eşimle hayran kaldık.
  Yatak odasında çamaşırlarımızı asmak için bir yer var. Ev sahibi aakı da koymuştu.
  Apartman 7/24 kameralarla izleniyor. Asansörü de çok güzeldi.
  Anahtar yok kapıda şifreli girişleri var.
  Komşularımız kibar.
  Herhangi bir gürültü filan duymadık.
