But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible.

The location is honestly what sold me initially, and I mean that in a practical sense. You’re literally a stone’s throw from Seoul Station, which sounds chaotic but actually works out perfectly. I was worried about train noise, but the soundproofing is surprisingly solid – you get all the convenience without feeling like you’re sleeping on the platform. The thing is, being this close to the station means you’re also right in the thick of things in Seoul, but it’s not the touristy chaos you might expect. There’s this whole network of underground passages that locals use, and once you figure it out (took me about two days), you can pop up anywhere in the area without dealing with street-level crowds. The nearby Lotte Mart became my go-to for late-night snacks, and there’s this tiny 24-hour kimbap place about three blocks away that honestly became my obsession.

What really sets this place apart though is that “tailored service” part – and they’re not just throwing around buzzwords here. The staff actually remembers your preferences, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re staying longer term. They figured out I needed extra towels and preferred my room cleaned in the afternoons, and just… made it happen without me having to ask every time. The apartments themselves feel more like actual homes than hotel rooms – proper kitchens with full-size fridges, washing machines that actually work well, and enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’re there for a few days, because it’s all those little details that add up. The WiFi is genuinely fast (I was working remotely and had zero issues), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter, and the shower pressure is actually decent – you’d be surprised how rare that combo is in Seoul accommodations. I mean, it’s not luxury in the marble-and-gold sense, but it’s luxury in the “everything just works and I can relax” sense, which honestly matters more when you’re trying to experience a city rather than just crash somewhere between tourist stops.

  The apartment was so centrally located for the subway and the main train station, and was wonderfully lovely and comfortable to boot. The whole COZE team were incredibly helpful with any questions we had, and so friendly too.
  
  Being less than 10 minutes walk from both Seoul Station and the City Hall subway stops meant getting anywhere was pretty easy, and there were multiple convenience stores right outside the building.
  Also, our trip happened to fall in the middle of a heatwave, so the AC in all the rooms was a lifesaver.
  
  I can't emphasise enough how excellent this accommodation was – if I'm ever back in Seoul it's at the top of my list to book again.

  The apartment was clean and well stocked. All amenities as described were available.
  The host and his team were exceptional, very communicative and friendly. They provided us with breakfast food, helped us book bigger taxi vans for our family, and even offered free transportation to the station when we checked out.

  The whole arrangement was excellent and seamless. The house was spacious and clean. The host, Gaya and his team were so thoughtful and responsive. The attention and assistance given were almost immediate!! The stay was amazing… our family especially the kids loved the house so much and we felt so "at home" during our stay. All amenities were provided and it was like you name it they have it 😊 Besides the accommodation, they also provided customized tours and transports. We will definitely stay again if we do revisit Seoul… thanks so much, Gaya, Moon & Joseph!

  The apartment was spacious, and the location was excellent. Everything we could need or want was provided, including umbrellas. They also provide a korean cell phone for use during your stay. The staff checked in regularly to see if we needed any assistance. As Westerners, we were expecting a much smaller space. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment accommodated 6 adults quite well. The laundry machines are easy to use, and laundry soap was provided. The espresso machine was greatly appreciated, as was the supply of espresso, teas, and sugar. We did not cook but if you want to, the kitchen is well stocked. There are even spices and oils. The television has a Google Chrome cast, so you can access Netflix as well as other streaming services. There are 2 small shops just outside the door of the apartment where you can purchase milk, snacks, beer, wine, and some food items. We needed transportation to the airport at the end of our stay and the staff assisted us in booking a minibus. We would highly recommend this apartment and rental group.
