What you will get is decent Wi-Fi, proper air conditioning that you can actually control, and blackout curtains that work – honestly, sometimes that’s all you need after a long day of sightseeing.

What I really appreciated was how the staff handled things without making a big production out of everything. Check-in was smooth, they had decent English when needed, and nobody was hovering around trying to upsell you on spa treatments or restaurant reservations. The location puts you in a residential-ish area that feels more like actual Seoul life rather than tourist central, which means you’ll see ajummas heading to the market in the morning and smell real Korean cooking drifting from nearby apartments. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station – not right on top of it, but close enough that you’re not dragging your luggage through half the neighborhood. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me because it delivers on what it promises without any weird surprises or hidden fees. Sure, it’s not going to change your life, but sometimes you just want a solid, no-nonsense place to crash that won’t eat up your entire travel budget, and this hits that sweet spot pretty well.

  Apartment was cozy, have everything that you need for shorter stay, location is amazing, 10 minutes walking to main touristic streets and 500m from old culture village. In building you have 24h supermarket and also there is few coffie and breakfast options in building. In street there is bank and ATM,pharmacy, restoraunts, bars.. basicly all what you can possibly need during visit to Seoul. Host was great and answer on all our questions really fast. Metro station is litteraly on 2 minutes walk.

  Ресепшен находится на втором этаже.
  Локация в самом центре, рядом Лотте плаза, а также район известный своими магазинами для аналоговой фотографии.
  Есть балкон, для Сеула это редкость. Типовая застройка номера, в которой по всему периметру располагаются шкафы, в которых можно легко разместить вещи на неделю для двоих людей. Кондиционер работал исправно, есть кухонная утварь и даже столовые приборы и стиральная машинка.
  В магазине на первом этаже можно приобрести стиральный порошок.
  Неплохие завтраки от приятной женщины повара, с достаточно узким меню, но меня полностью устраивали ее блинчики и сандвичи.
