Hongik University is just a short walk away, so there’s always this vibrant, youthful buzz in the air, but the hotel sits on a quieter street so you can actually get some sleep.

The room I stayed in was compact but smartly laid out — very typical of Seoul accommodations, but done right. Everything you need is there without feeling cramped, and the design has this clean, minimalist vibe that somehow makes the space feel bigger than it actually is. You’ll find plenty of outlets for charging your devices (trust me, this matters when you’re constantly taking photos around Hongdae), and the bathroom, while small, is modern and functional.

You can grab amazing Korean BBQ at 2 AM, browse vintage shops during the day, or just people-watch in Hongik Park when you need a breather from the city chaos. The subway connections are excellent too — Hongik University Station is super close, so getting to other parts of Seoul is actually pretty effortless. And honestly, there’s something special about being able to experience authentic Seoul nightlife and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable base just minutes away.

  Our family of three persons stayed for 5 nights in early January. The property is very clean and cozy. Room 401 has 3 double beds, enough for 6 persons. Adequate supplies and facilities such as cutlery, water bolier, and toaster. Convenient location, 3 to 5 minutes walk to subway and airport line.

  Actually the room i stay was perfect it had everything that i need (-one) i got the snow days so heated floor help a lot.
  There's like 3 convinience stores nearby and a lot of cafes, at night is pretty quiet too and you can easily move around.

  房間乾淨整潔，地熱很溫暖，老闆回覆訊息很快

  房間的空間雖然不大，但夠放四個人的行李箱，有洗衣機超讚！可以每天都將衣服洗乾淨，就不用再多帶額外的衣服。
  房中的設施也是很齊全，水壓也很充足，偶爾會有忽冷忽熱只有剛開始使用會而已，室內有暖氣超讚。
  位置很靠近弘大，想逛隨時都可以！
  缺點是需要爬樓梯，但也只有第一天跟需要最後一天要扛行李，所以還是推薦大家住。
