  地理位置非常好，最近弘大站出口也有電梯，不用怕要搬行李出捷運(這真的很重要!!!)，民宿在弘大的鬧區，附近有很多餐廳、便利商店，不用怕餓肚子，民宿的一樓就有一間咖啡廳，算是很符合第一次去韓國旅遊的觀光客的需求，每天晚上想要去逛弘大街頭逛到幾點都可以，步行距離都不會太遠。
