Patio 7
Your Seoul Retreat
You know what? Patio 7 is one of those places that doesn’t try too hard, and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work. When I first walked up, I wasn’t blown away by the exterior – it’s pretty understated for a 3-star spot – but there’s something refreshingly genuine about the whole setup that grew on me pretty quickly. The lobby has this lived-in feel that actually makes you relax instead of worrying about tracking mud on pristine marble floors.
The rooms are… well, they’re solid. I mean, you’re not getting luxury here, but everything works the way it should, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. What really caught my attention was how quiet it stays at night – I was expecting typical hotel corridor noise, but either the walls are thicker than they look or they just attract a more considerate crowd. The bathrooms are clean and functional, though the water pressure could be better (isn’t that always the case?). One thing I really appreciated was the actual space to move around – so many places these days feel like they’ve crammed everything into a shoebox, but here you can actually open your suitcase without doing gymnastics around the furniture.
The staff deserves a mention too – they’re not overly chatty, but they know their stuff and seem genuinely interested in making sure you’re sorted. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprise fees or pushy upselling attempts. I asked about parking and they gave me three different options with honest pros and cons for each, which tells you they’re thinking about what actually helps rather than just following a script. The 7.5 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not going to be anyone’s dream vacation spot, but if you want a reliable, comfortable place to sleep without the pretense or the premium price tag, Patio 7 delivers exactly that. Sometimes that’s honestly all you need, and they seem to understand that perfectly.
Early hotels booking in Seoul requires advance planning during peak tourist seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s legendary palaces, shopping districts, and Korean cultural attractions.

Guest Reviews
Excellent space, comfortable and large double beds (almost king size!) Excellent location and lovely facilities. Fresh water bottles every day. A good note that the pool is only open summer so read the fine print. Can't wait to stay again we loved it!
There's a beer & wine store that's open 24h/7d, LOL! So you can come back after business meetings and just wind down by yourself.
I liked how modern the rooms and the brightness of the room.
Location within walking distance to my work place. Simple nice deco, bed is good, but not the pillows. Spacious enough for 2pax w 2 open luggage.
Location was ace as we flew to Korea mainly to try Restaurant Evett (highly recomended for everyone). Cleanliness was on point; staff was helpful. There is also a fun wine shop at the lobby plus a vintage arcade in the basement lounge. Beds were so spacious and comfortable.
Very modern, good facilities, good location within 15 minutes of 3 train stations
The room was awesome and very clean. The shower was incredible. Staff were very accommodating and understanding. They also helped get us a taxi very early on the day we checked out.
The bed was comfortable.
