  1. 地理位置很方便，離弘大車站很近，購物逛街很方便，房間是在半地下室的地方，會抬一下行李，但大概也才5、6個階梯。
  
  2. 離主要馬路隔了2條小巷，晚上很安靜。
  
  3. 有廚房、餐桌、餐具，外帶食物回來吃很方便，就算不開伙也有微波爐可以使用。
  
  4. 2個房間各有一張床，很舒服很好睡，這次是2人一起旅行覺得很舒適，但如果住4人以上可能會有點擠。
  
  5. 房間內有地暖，暖暖的真的很棒
  
  6. 浴室跟廁所在同一間，有點小但很乾淨，裡面還放了一台洗脫烘的洗衣機，吃完烤肉滿身煙味有洗衣服需求的話很方便。

  住宿位置很好找，離弘大地鐵站走路五分鐘左右，非常方便。
  房東在住宿前也很熱心的傳送許多交通相關資訊。
  房間很大，有兩間雙人房、共用客廳、洗衣機及衛浴，地板暖氣也很舒服，整體環境很不錯，不會因為在地下一層而沒有對外窗，還是可以看見外面陽光。
