I was expecting just another cramped Seoul apartment rental, but this place actually feels like someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than a sterile hotel room. The “high floor” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either – I mean, when you’re on one of the upper levels, you get these glimpses of Namsan Tower between the buildings that honestly make the whole experience feel more special than it has any right to.

The three-minute subway claim is legit, by the way. I timed it because I’m that kind of person, and it’s closer to two minutes if you walk at a normal pace to Myeongdong Station. What they don’t tell you is that you’re also walking distance to some of the best late-night Korean fried chicken spots in Seoul – there’s this place called Kyochon that locals line up for around 11 PM, and I stumbled across it purely by accident on my second night. The location really is something special though, because you can hit Bukchon Hanok Village in about fifteen minutes on foot (uphill, fair warning), and Gyeongbuk Palace is maybe a twenty-minute stroll through some of the more interesting side streets where you’ll find tiny coffee shops tucked into buildings that look like they shouldn’t have room for them.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that someone clearly thought through. The kitchenette actually has decent cookware – not those flimsy pans that most rentals throw in as an afterthought. There’s a washing machine that doesn’t sound like it’s trying to escape, and the Wi-Fi speed is honestly better than what I have at home. The building itself is quiet, which is rare for this part of the city, and I suspect it’s because most of the other units are long-term residents rather than tourists. Check-in was refreshingly simple too – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby while they process paperwork. The 9.4 rating makes sense when you stay here, because it’s one of those places where everything just works without you having to think about it. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with a fancy lobby or room service, but if you want a comfortable base for exploring Seoul that doesn’t feel like a hotel room, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  This apartment was very close to the Myeongdong area, which was right across from the building. Very well located and the room was clean and the convenience store downstairs was very handy. We had a very nice stay and have only good things to say. We will definitely recommend this apartment!

  The location is superb, close to both Chunmuro & Eujilro 3 ga metro stations, so you can move around with line 1/2/3/4 easily. If coming from Seoul Station (Airport Railroad), there are two buses stop directly in front of the accmmodation! (Better than taking metro.) Within walking distance you can reach all major touristic spots in downtown Seoul. All the facility in the studio is smart and comfy, making you feel a home away from home in Seoul.

  地點出入方便 也很安全 位於乙支路三街站與忠武路站之間 該有的都有 設備也都很新 是個小而美的家 我一人旅遊覺得非常完美足夠 兩個人的話應該剛剛好 雖然三人也可以 但桌子可能不夠 空間也有限 如果下次有機會會再回來的 雖然一人住價格偏高 但我覺得很完美
