The building itself has this understated charm that grows on you, and honestly, after staying at some overly flashy places that promise the world and deliver disappointment, there’s something refreshing about a hotel that just… gets it right without making a big fuss about it.

What really struck me was how the staff seemed to actually care about what they were doing. Check-in was smooth (no weird upselling tactics), and the front desk person knew the neighborhood well enough to give me solid dinner recommendations that weren’t just the touristy spots everyone suggests. The rooms are clean and well-maintained – nothing fancy, but everything works properly, which is honestly more than I can say for some 4-star places I’ve stayed at. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed backache, and the Wi-Fi actually reaches every corner of the room at decent speeds. Small things, I know, but they matter when you’re trying to get work done or just stream something after a long day.

I mean, with an 8.2 rating, you’re getting solid value here without breaking the bank. The neighborhood has a nice lived-in feel to it – not too polished, not too rough, just authentic. There’s decent street parking if you’re driving, though it can get a bit tight during peak hours. The sound insulation is pretty good too; I barely heard any street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. What I really appreciated was that they don’t try to be something they’re not – this isn’t a luxury resort, it’s a well-run, comfortable place to stay that does the fundamentals really well. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, especially when you’re spending most of your time exploring anyway. If you’re looking for a reliable base without the inflated prices of fancier hotels, this place delivers on its promises without any unnecessary drama.

  Т к мы в корее не в первый раз и в последнее время предпочтение на апарт отели, и т к останавливаемся всегда в районе тондэмун, нам понравилось расположение. Апарт. более менее укомплектованный. Есть кухня, стиральная машина.

  로케이션과 방크기를 생각하면 굉장히 합리적인 가격의 숙박시설입니다. 호텔이라고 생각했는데 에어비앤비 형식이라 룸클리닝, 타월 세탁은 본인이 해결해야 합니다.
  그러나 방 안에 건조 가능 세탁기와 조리시설, 전자렌지 등이 전부 구비되어 있고, 추가로 타월을 요청하였을때 바로 대응 해주셔서 문제없었습니다.
