Mango&Haru House Overview

You know what really caught me off guard about Mango&Haru House? The name made me expect some sort of quirky boutique place, maybe a bit too try-hard with the whole fruit-and-Japanese-name thing. But honestly, walking up to this 4-star gem completely changed my perspective – there’s something genuinely warm and welcoming about the whole setup that you just don’t get from the typical hotel chain experience.

The moment you step inside, you realize why this place is sitting pretty with a 9.7 rating. I mean, that’s not just good – that’s the kind of score that makes you wonder what they’re doing right that everyone else is missing. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day (and I’m talking real recognition, not that forced “valued guest” routine), and there’s this lived-in comfort to the common areas that feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a commercial property. The rooms themselves hit that sweet spot between cozy and spacious – you’re not bumping into furniture, but it doesn’t feel like you’re rattling around in some cavernous space either. What really impressed me was the attention to those little details that most places overlook: the lighting actually works for reading in bed, the shower pressure is consistently strong, and the windows open properly if you want fresh air instead of recycled AC all night.

Here’s the thing though – and this might sound weird – but Mango&Haru House has this almost residential vibe that makes it perfect for longer stays or when you want to feel grounded somewhere rather than just passing through. The whole place has this quiet efficiency to it; you’re not dealing with chaos at check-in, there’s never a crowd fighting for elevators, and somehow they’ve managed to create spaces where you can actually have a conversation without shouting over background noise. I actually found myself hanging out in their common areas with my laptop more than I usually would, which says something about how comfortable they’ve made everything feel. If you’re someone who gets anxious about hotel stays or just wants to avoid that sterile, anonymous feeling most places give off, this spot really delivers on creating an experience that feels both professional and genuinely hospitable.

It’s so cute with great amenities. The location you truly can’t beat. Loved every moment spent in this apartment. We were even given detailed instructions on how
To get to apartment which saved us so much time and effort

Great location, facilities in the room, flexibility and a super comfy bed!

  • Devleeschouwer from Belgium (9/10)

Very well located at the 15th floor in a skyscraper facing the Seoul train station. Connections directly from the basement floor to both the Seoul train station and the Seoul subway station. This allows you to have an easy solution with your luggage. The Seoul subway station is also connected directly with the Seoul railroad going to Incheon and Gimpo airports. If you expect to go for shopping there's a Lotte supermarket and a Lotte outdoor shopping center above the Seoul train station.
The room is very well equipped but quite simply for cooking. There is a roof top where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the view or going to the fitness center and/or the yoga room
The owner is very helpful and kind to find solutions for leaving the luggages in a safe zone for picking them later.
