Hotel Cappuccino Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – Hotel Cappuccino isn’t going to blow you away with flashy amenities or marble lobbies, but there’s something refreshingly straightforward about this 3-star spot that I actually found pretty appealing. The name pretty much tells you what you’re getting: a no-nonsense place where they clearly take their coffee seriously (and trust me, they do). When I walked into the lobby, the first thing that hit me was the rich aroma of freshly ground beans – not that artificial coffee shop smell, but the real deal.
The rooms are what you’d expect for a mid-range hotel, honestly. Nothing fancy, but everything works and it’s clean, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been sleeping on concrete, and the shower actually has decent water pressure – you know how hit-or-miss that can be. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. I mean, you might hear the occasional footsteps in the hallway, but it’s not one of those places where every door slam echoes through the building at 2 AM. The staff seems genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. When I asked about local restaurants, the guy at the front desk actually pulled out his phone to show me photos of dishes from a place around the corner that “tourists never find but locals love” – and he was right.
Here’s the thing though – with a 7.8 rating, you’re looking at a solid middle-ground choice. It’s not perfect (the WiFi can be spotty in some rooms, and don’t expect room service after 10 PM), but it delivers on the basics without any major surprises. The lobby coffee bar is actually open pretty late, which saved me more than once when I needed that evening caffeine fix. I’d say if you’re the type who needs luxury touches and Instagram-worthy interiors, maybe look elsewhere. But if you want a place that feels authentic, where you can get a genuinely good cup of coffee in the morning and sleep well at night without breaking the bank, Hotel Cappuccino hits that sweet spot. Plus, there’s something to be said for staying somewhere that doesn’t feel like every other cookie-cutter hotel chain – it has its own personality, even if that personality is pretty understated.
Apartments in Seoul provide travelers with authentic local experiences, allowing them to explore traditional Korean markets and experience daily life in modern residential neighborhoods.

The beds were so comfy, I never wanted to leave. The shower was similar to a rain shower but had the option of a handheld wand as well. Super quiet, even though my room was next to rooms with dogs.

The room was very trendy and modern. Great shower and Bidet. Comfy huge bed. View was nice from rooftop bar. Coffee and Food on the ground level. There was a gym and laundry facitlities. Close to Eonju Station. Coffee shops, convenience stores and Airport Limousine bus across the road. They let us store our luggage as we arrived before check in, and after checkout we had the afternoon before our flight.
