The thing about this place is that it feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need, not just what looks good in photos. The rooms have this clean, minimalist vibe that’s somehow cozy rather than sterile – I mean, you’re not going to find marble bathrooms or fancy turndown service, but honestly, who needs that when everything works perfectly? The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s enough space to actually unpack without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. What really impressed me was the attention to small details – decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and outlets placed where you’d naturally want to charge your phone.

The location is one of those spots that grows on you. Gongdeok isn’t the flashiest neighborhood, but it’s got this authentic local feel that I really appreciate. You’re close enough to the subway that getting around is easy, but far enough from the tourist crowds that you can actually breathe. I loved wandering around the area in the evenings – there are these great little restaurants and cafes that locals frequent, the kind of places where you feel like you’re experiencing real city life rather than the sanitized tourist version. The staff here deserves a mention too – they’re genuinely helpful without being overbearing, and several speak decent English if you need assistance. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about directions one evening, the front desk person actually drew me a little map with shortcuts only locals would know. That 9.4 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – you can feel it in how smoothly everything runs and how content other guests seem to be. If you’re looking for a place that delivers solid comfort and authentic local flavor without breaking the bank, this is your spot.

  Great location in not very touristic yet central, we had a feeling to be immersed in local life, small eateries, shops, markets. However it was just 5 minutes walk to metro station. The flat is clean and well equipped, with everything you need. The host is super responsive and very kind.

  コンドク駅から歩いてすぐですし、バスも通っているため移動は非常に便利でした。
  坂道もほとんどなく荷物があっても大変ではなかったです。
  （駅の4番出口はエスカレーターついてます）
  スタバやコンビニ、チキン屋さん、サラダ屋さん、カフェなど周辺も充実していました。
  コンドク駅は空港線もありますし、大きいemartも近くにあるのでお土産を買うにも便利です。
  
  チェックインの方法（ドアロック番号の通達）は当日連絡があるため、ネットが繋がる状態にしておくのは必須です。
  事前に連絡していたのもあってか、チェックイン前に荷物を預けることもできました。
  お部屋も非常に綺麗で広く、ベッドもゆったり使えました。
  半地下になりますが、部屋は明るいですしカビくさい臭いも全然せず快適です。
  お風呂はトイレの近くでシャワーをする形になりますが、わりと広さもあるし不便ではなかったです。
  ドライヤーも風量のあるものがあって嬉しかったです。
  
  ゴミの分別方法が分からず
  ご迷惑をおかけしたかもしれません🙏💦
  韓国は分別が日本より細かいケースがあるので気をつけてください。
  
  キッチンもあるので調理もできますし
  一人暮らししているような快適さで過ごすことが出来たので
  また次回も利用したいと思ってます🍀
