Parking can be tricky if you’re renting a car, but honestly, you’re better off using the subway anyway – Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station is walkable, though again, expect some hills. The whole experience feels more like staying in a real Seoul neighborhood rather than some sanitized tourist bubble, which is exactly what I was looking for.
