  Brilliant location – great rooms . THe only improvement I would make is to have a soft pillow and a harder one on the beds … having JUST soft pillows isn't great. So yeah bar that it was honestly perfect.

  The hotel is very well located in Gangnam (there's a taxi driveway on the back and a direct underground connection with the subway). Both the hotel and the room were comfortable and very clean. The personnel are very welcoming and helpful. The room was quite spacious + a very nice pool that was never too crowded.
