What I really appreciate about this place is that it feels like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental. The five bedrooms are spacious enough that our group never felt cramped, and honestly, having that much space in Seoul is pretty luxurious. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the early morning street cleaning (around 6 AM, just so you know), but it’s not unbearable. Actually, I sort of started to find the gentle hum of the neighborhood waking up pretty charming. The castle wall view is best from the main living area – you’ll want to grab your coffee and sit by those windows in the morning when the light hits the stones just right. Evenings are nice too, especially when they light up sections of the wall. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s an older neighborhood with narrow streets, but there’s a public lot about a block away that’s reasonable. The check-in was smooth – they left detailed instructions and even included recommendations for nearby spots that weren’t just the obvious tourist traps. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you’re traveling with a group and want to experience Seoul more like a local than a tourist.
