  "The host responded quickly, making our stay very comfortable. I booked the place with 5 friends to visit Lotte World and Lotte Tower, and it was very convenient as we could get there quickly by car. The exterior is a bit old, but the interior is clean, and with 3 rooms, it was spacious enough. I also liked that Seokchon Gobun Station was only a 10-minute walk away. I would love to stay here again next time!"

  The location was excellent. Very close to the Lotte Mall. The owner took extra care to ensure guest had very well written instructions and labels within the apartment. Great and timely communication. We will stay here again when in Seoul.

  I liked its location, just 10 minutes bus ride to Lotte World, COEX mall etc. With healthy young people, it is just a 20 min walking distance, but we had senior and children, so we took a bus, which stopped just 1 min away from the apartment. Also, there are many nice local restaurants and markets around the corner that we enjoyed walking and exploring. The apartment was so clean and tidy, and landlord made very informative instructions everywhere in the apartment, which were very useful. When we needed something in the apartment, she and her husband didn't hesitate to come and helped. Thank you very much! I hope we stay again.

  It was spacious and clean and very well equipped. The host was extremely attentive and answered all queries very quickly. There were regular busses outside the property and a major subway station 15 minutes walk away. There were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

  The exterior looked a bit old, but the interior was very clean and cozy. With just one bus ride to the nearby station, there were many subways and buses that could take you anywhere in Seoul. I had an enjoyable and restful stay.
