I was impressed by how genuine their recommendations were – they sent me to this tiny restaurant that served the best kimchi jjigae I had in my entire trip, and I never would have found it on my own.

The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024 but you’d be surprised how many places still struggle with that basic requirement. Check-in was smooth as butter, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English without making you feel like you’re inconveniencing them, which can be refreshing when you’re navigating a new city. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s one of those places where every single thing just works the way it’s supposed to, without any of those small annoyances that can chip away at an otherwise good trip. If you’re looking for something reliable with character in Seoul, this is definitely worth considering.
