Wave Family Suite #3
Your Seoul Retreat
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Wave Family Suite #3, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds a bit… well, generic, doesn’t it? But you know what they say about judging books by their covers. This 3-star spot actually surprised me in the best possible way, and after spending a few nights there, I get why it’s pulling an 8 out of 10 rating from guests.
The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of “oh, okay, someone actually thought about families staying here.” I mean, so many places claim to be family-friendly but then you’re dealing with tiny bathrooms and nowhere to spread out. Not here. The suite setup is honestly pretty clever – there’s enough space for everyone to have their own little corner without feeling like you’re all on top of each other. The kids can watch their shows while you decompress from travel, and nobody’s cranky. The furnishings aren’t fancy, but they’re sturdy (trust me, my seven-year-old tested that theory) and everything feels clean and well-maintained. Actually, I was impressed by the attention to detail – things like having enough outlets near the beds and blackout curtains that actually work. You know those hotels where the curtains are basically decorative? Yeah, this isn’t one of those places.
What really won me over, though, was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about making things work for families. Check-in was smooth – no standing around forever with restless kids – and when we had a minor issue with the TV remote, someone was up within minutes to sort it out. The whole vibe is just… relaxed, I suppose. Not stuffy, not trying too hard to be something it’s not. Sometimes you want luxury and sometimes you just want a place that gets the basics right and makes everyone comfortable. This falls squarely in that second category, and honestly? That’s exactly what most family trips need. The location works well too – you’re not stuck in the middle of nowhere, but you’re also not dealing with constant street noise or tourist chaos right outside your window. It’s that sweet spot where you can actually get some rest but still feel connected to whatever you came to see and do.

Guest Reviews
the host was really responsive, and friendly. the location is amazing, space in the accommodation was more than enough for us with three big suitcase. And overall the environment around is quiet, even we see some new travellers checking in, the noise doesn't come into the flat.
Cereal and milk was provided but location was close to cafes and restaurants so we chose to eat out.
it really looks like the photo. Very spacious. close to the metro

The location is excellent, super close and easy to walk from the station. The room is spacious, has fully equipped kitchen.
The double toilets and space - hard to find such a big apartment in Hongdae.
Nice decor. Comfortable and fresh feeling.
離地鐵出口很近,提供簡易早餐(泡麵、牛奶麥片)
房間佈置得很溫馨,還有附上空氣清淨機,對容易過敏的我和朋友們非常友善。^^
