  Heating and insulation was very good. All basic facilities and some extra were provided. Especially kitchenware and laundry facility was a big help.

  ソウル駅15番出口から4～5分ほどで到着するので，空港鉄道の利用に便利な場所です．大通りからちょっと奥に入った路地にあり，路地に入るのに階段が何段かあります．細い道に入るのでちょっと不安になりますが，オーナーの方から事前に道順が送られてきていたので，迷わずに到着できました．
  平屋の建物で，普通の集合住宅のようです．掲載されている写真の通りの構造で，部屋はとてもきれいでした．洗濯機（洗剤もあり．乾燥機能はなし），ガスコンロ，物干し台，掃除機，クーラー，扇風機，食器など，滞在に必要なものはほぼ揃っています．冬なので床暖房をつけましたが，お陰で暖かく過ごすことができました．また，テレビは片方の寝室にあり，地上波やケーブル放送を普通に見られます．トイレがシャワートイレだというのも良かったです．
  オーナーの方はすぐにお返事をくださるので，滞在中に困ることはありませんでした．
