The rooms – well, the “2Room” part makes sense because even their standard setups feel thoughtfully laid out, like someone actually considered how real people use hotel space. You’ve got proper areas for your luggage, a decent workspace if you need it, and the bathrooms are bigger than what you’d typically get at this price point. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel-bed backache, and the soundproofing is actually pretty good – I barely heard my neighbors, even though the place seemed pretty full.

What really won me over, though, was how the whole operation just works smoothly without trying to impress you. Check-in was quick, the WiFi didn’t drop every five minutes (seriously, why is this still a problem at some places?), and housekeeping was thorough without being intrusive. The common areas stay clean throughout the day, and there’s this relaxed vibe where you can hang out in the lobby without feeling like you’re loitering. I noticed they keep the temperature just right – not that arctic blast you get at some hotels – and the lighting feels natural rather than harsh. With an 8.3 rating, it’s clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get it. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it nails the fundamentals that actually matter when you’re traveling. If you’re looking for somewhere reliable that won’t break the bank but also won’t leave you counting down the hours until checkout, this place delivers on that promise.

  Heating and insulation was very good. All basic facilities and some extra were provided. Especially kitchenware and laundry facility was a big help.

  ソウル駅15番出口から4～5分ほどで到着するので，空港鉄道の利用に便利な場所です．大通りからちょっと奥に入った路地にあり，路地に入るのに階段が何段かあります．細い道に入るのでちょっと不安になりますが，オーナーの方から事前に道順が送られてきていたので，迷わずに到着できました．
  平屋の建物で，普通の集合住宅のようです．掲載されている写真の通りの構造で，部屋はとてもきれいでした．洗濯機（洗剤もあり．乾燥機能はなし），ガスコンロ，物干し台，掃除機，クーラー，扇風機，食器など，滞在に必要なものはほぼ揃っています．冬なので床暖房をつけましたが，お陰で暖かく過ごすことができました．また，テレビは片方の寝室にあり，地上波やケーブル放送を普通に見られます．トイレがシャワートイレだというのも良かったです．
  オーナーの方はすぐにお返事をくださるので，滞在中に困ることはありませんでした．
