What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to create that perfect balance between sophisticated and actually livable. I mean, you walk through the lobby and there’s this immediate sense of quality – not the kind of sterile luxury that makes you afraid to touch anything, but more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place if that friend happened to have impeccable taste and a generous budget. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which honestly isn’t always a given even at higher-end places. Check-in was smooth, no awkward waiting around, and they actually listened when I mentioned I’m a light sleeper – ended up with a room away from any potential elevator noise.

The rooms themselves are where this place really shines, and I can see why they’ve earned that 8.6 rating. Everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just expensive for the sake of it. The bed is one of those you sink into but don’t feel trapped by, and they’ve got blackout curtains that actually work (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong). What I appreciated most were the little details – proper reading lights, enough outlets in sensible places, a bathroom mirror that doesn’t fog up instantly after a hot shower. The kind of stuff that makes you think someone who actually travels had input on the design. Actually, the shower pressure was fantastic, which always feels like winning the hotel lottery to me. There’s also a decent workspace if you need to get things done, with a chair that won’t leave your back aching after an hour of laptop time. The minibar pricing won’t make you weep, which is refreshing, and room service – when I tried it – arrived hot and faster than promised. Sure, it’s not the most cutting-edge place you’ll ever stay, but sometimes reliability and genuine comfort beat flashy amenities that look good in photos but don’t actually improve your stay.

  This is one of the best aparment hotel I have stayed with my family incl a kid of 2.5 yrs . The amenities in the room are amazing with great views. There is a small supermarket, Starbucks as well as 2 per cafes on the ground floor. There is a mall next door.

  The gym is fantastically well equipped with new machines and even Pilates reformer.

  Beautiful hotel with great facilities.
  Pharmacy, general shop, restaurants, cafe etc all downstairs.
  The apartment was huge (we had a 2 bed) the washing machine is hidden in a tall cupboard area and when opened we were treated to the most incredible view (see photo). The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

  The room was spacious and a wonderful place to relax after a day spent exploring the city. Our kids space could be closed off with a door, so more privacy. The location of the hotel was right across from an excellent market with easy access to excellent food and we even saw some nightlife with "kids" in their 20s.

  I had a view of Seoul tower from the room. It was close to a metro line, and one stop from Seongsu. The bed was so comfy and the whole place is bigger than my apartment. I was shocked!

  Close to station and mall! Easy access to Starfield Library and Mall, just a few suburbs over. Some nice food places near us!

  Spacy appartment with a nice view and very comfortable bed. Everything clean and people are very friendly and helpful.
  Residence is very close to subway. In very short distance there is a Lotte department store and an underground Emart where you can buy everything to make your stay even more comfortable. As there is a university around you will find a lot of restaurants and pubs.
  We have been there twice past 10 years and will come back.
