The streets around here actually get pretty peaceful in the evenings, which is something you can’t say about a lot of Seoul neighborhoods. I found myself enjoying the walk back from the station, especially since the area feels safe and the lighting is decent. Is it the most exciting location? No. But if you’re looking for solid accommodation without the premium prices of the central districts, and you don’t mind adding 15-20 minutes to your commute to the main attractions, SR Hotel Magok delivers exactly what it promises – nothing more, nothing less, and sometimes that’s precisely what you need.

  The hotel is easy to access by train/metro from the Airport for 1500Won.
  The metro line 5 brings you easily to nice places to visit including museum, gardens, markets, the Seoul Tower.
  You can stroll in the botanic gardens righr behind.
  For those that like peace, you can have the rear rooms that are ultra silent.
