The bedrooms are well thought out too, with proper blackout curtains (bless them for that) and enough storage that you’re not living out of a suitcase the whole time. The bathrooms feel almost hotel-like with these rainfall showerheads and thick towels that actually dry you off properly. Small detail, but the water pressure is fantastic – something you don’t appreciate until you’ve stayed in places where it takes twenty minutes to rinse shampoo out of your hair. Parking was straightforward, which is always a relief when you’re hauling luggage around, and the check-in process was smooth without any of that awkward key-fumbling or confusing entry instructions. The whole place stays surprisingly quiet too, even though there’s clearly life happening around the neighborhood. I mean, you’ll hear the occasional car or neighbor, but nothing that kept us up at night or made it hard to relax during the day.

  The owner of the flat was very friendly and helpful. Anytime we have a question or any problems, he was reacting very fast. It is important for the guests to feel comfortable and secure in a foreign country.

  Joe’s place is clean and nice.It has met all the things we needed.It’s comfortable!The floor was heated properly.The kitchen is well equipped.The 3-rooms were all adequate for our stay.There were 2 double beds rooms and a single room. There were lots of expats cafe to choose from right outside the place.We felt good staying the whole time.Joe was very accommodating and gave us some souvenirs from Korea which was a nice gesture.He always check on us. The place was very private.
