You know what surprised me most about Seoul Tower Ville? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you, but somehow ends up doing exactly that. I mean, sure, it’s a 3-star property, so you’re not walking into marble lobbies or anything fancy, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole setup that caught me off guard.
The location is honestly pretty solid – you’re close enough to feel connected to Seoul‘s energy without being right in the thick of the tourist chaos. I actually appreciated that during my stay because, let’s be real, sometimes you need a breather from all the intensity of exploring a city like this. The staff seemed to really know their stuff too, which makes a difference when you’re trying to figure out the best way to get around or where to grab a decent meal that won’t cost you a fortune. They had this laid-back professionalism that felt authentic rather than rehearsed, if that makes sense.
What really won me over though was how the place just… worked. The rooms were clean and comfortable – not Instagram-worthy or anything, but honestly, after a long day of walking around and taking in everything Seoul has to offer, you just want somewhere that feels like a proper rest. The Wi-Fi was reliable (always a gamble, right?), and I never had any issues with hot water or noise from other guests. There’s something to be said for a hotel that nails the basics without any drama. Plus, with an 8.7 rating from other travelers, I wasn’t the only one who felt like they’d found a solid spot. It’s the kind of place where you might not think about it much while you’re there, but you’d definitely book again because everything just flows smoothly. Perfect for travelers who want to spend their energy exploring the city rather than dealing with hotel headaches.

Location is great.
My family and I were looking for a place with a kitchen, and the kitchen here is very functional. There is also a washing machine and a smart TV, which is really nice. The property is clean and has everything u need in there. We went in the end of summer and there is air-conditioning inside. The location isn't very far from Myeongdong, but it’s a constant uphill walk, and the last part of the hill was exhausting for us. Additionally, there is no other public transport that can bring you directly there. Note: We are Asians traveling with large luggage and middle-aged parents, so I don’t think this place is suitable for you if you don’t need a kitchen and mind the walk. However, it is close to the Seoul cable car station.
We appreciated that the owner went out of her way to help us solve a problem we encountered during the Korean holidays. The apartment was equipped with lots of useful amenities. Plenty of bottles of water for our use and was very clean. It is located within walking distance to train station, cable car and many restaurants. We even enjoyed walking up/down the hill since it gave us our daily exercise.
Location was very strategic. Close to many restaurants and about 10 minute walk to subway station and central Myeongdong. The hill is steep but I was able to do it was a four month and 2 year old toddler.
I like the honesty of property owner. He send me message that this property is not recognised able for seniors you may be cancel the reservation for full refund. I am 75 years .The owner and staff of the property is helpful and nice. He pick me from station and drop at seoul station
Everything i stay in there.. the room the facility the owner the maintenance guy.. i wish to come back there!!! I miss the environment there

Seoul Tower Ville is in a very central location of Myeongdong, close to subway entrances and a ton of restaurants & shopping. However, the area still managed to be quiet and peaceful at night. Be prepared to climb a large hill and a lot of stairs to get to it though! If you plan to stay here, pack very light. The hosts offer a free ride to either Myeongdong station at the bottom of the hill or Seoul Station- which we were very grateful for! Overall, it was a great place to stay & I will be returning in the future.
