Seoul Station Joey N Ray house Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Seoul Station Joey N Ray house, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds like someone’s apartment, which honestly isn’t too far from the truth, and that’s actually what makes this place so charming. This is one of those hidden gems that somehow manages to score a 9.5 rating without all the fancy lobby marble and concierge desks you’d expect.
The location is absolutely perfect if you’re planning to explore Seoul properly. You’re practically on top of Seoul Station, which means you can literally roll out of bed and catch the airport express or hop on the subway to anywhere in the city. I mean, forget about those expensive taxi rides or trying to figure out bus routes with your luggage – you’re already there. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to all the action. You’d think you’d hear trains all night, but the place is surprisingly well-insulated. The owners (Joey and Ray, I assume?) have clearly put thought into the details that matter. The rooms feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel – there’s actually personality here, not just generic beige everything.
You know what really sets this place apart? It’s the little things that show someone actually cares about your experience. The check-in process is refreshingly straightforward, none of that endless paperwork and upselling you get at chain hotels. The space feels thoughtfully designed, like they’ve actually stayed in their own rooms and fixed the annoying stuff that usually drives you crazy – good lighting where you need it, outlets in logical places, and honestly, just a sense that real people live and work here. I noticed they keep the common areas genuinely clean and comfortable, not just Instagram-ready but actually functional. For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight in terms of comfort and service. The fact that guests consistently rate it 9.5 tells you everything – people leave genuinely happy, which is rare these days. If you want to stay somewhere that feels authentic to Seoul rather than like an international hotel that could be anywhere, this is your spot. Plus, your wallet will thank you, and you’ll still be more conveniently located than people paying twice as much to stay in Gangnam.

We loved the location. Very close to Seoul station. Instructions to get to and into the house were very clear and easy. The house was nice and clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay overall.
Highly recommend and I’ll book again if I visit Seoul again.Jeong from Taiwan (10/10)
It is located back side of Seoul station. It is very convenient to go Myoung-Dong, NamDaeMoon, Namsan Mountain, and many other places. There is very big Lotte grocery and shopping mall as part of Seoul station, so no need to go else where for shopping.
House itself is very clean and equipped very well as kitchen, air conditioning in each room and laundry.
The host is very responsive and very nice person to talk to.
I would strongly recommend this place for any cases of travel in Seoul.Lai from Hong Kong (10/10)
