  Location! Walking distance to Namdaemun Market, MyungDong, and Seoul Station. Very convenient to travel about, for we took several trips to other parts of Korea such as taking bus to SuWon; Incheon, KTX to Busan; flew to Jeju as well as meeting DongBaek Tours at the Seoul Station. Also the building is very close to subway and bus stops.
  Amenities! We were very impressed with the kitchen amenities even though we didn't cook. Also the laundry facility was key to staying for 3 weeks during hot and muggy weather. The host also kidnly arranged for us taxi from and to the ICN which was very helpful. Overall a wonderful place for 4 of us old foggies who were unfamiliar with the modern Korea.

  下樓就有 7-11 不過如果是要逛GS25的話 再10號出口對面 首爾車站旁也有樂天超市 推推
  房間乾淨舒服 很有質感 照片與實際房況相符
  有洗衣機 烘衣機 廚房鍋碗瓢盆 飲水機（有冰水） 浴室備品也都有 洗髮精很好洗 吹風機風力也足夠
  不過牙膏牙刷洗面乳需自備唷
  其中一間房間沒有冷氣 不過房門開著可以吹到客廳的冷氣 客廳冷氣一級棒 ！！ 房間有WiFi可以連
  
  忘記帶轉接頭韓國電壓220 結果房東有準備超貼心！
  整體感覺很棒 下次來玩還要住~

  Freundlicher Gastgeber, der einen immer auf dem Laufenden hält und bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell antwortet.
  
  Die Ausstattung war super. In der Küche waren sogar bereits Gewürze vorhanden.
  Die Betten waren bequem und komfortabel. Und es war gut, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war.
