Seoul COMOCASA Full Option Residence
Your Seoul Retreat
I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Seoul COMOCASA Full Option Residence, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The “full option” part sounded a bit like marketing speak, but you know what? They actually deliver on that promise. This isn’t your typical hotel experience; it’s more like having a well-equipped apartment in the heart of Seoul, which is exactly what you want when you’re planning to stay for more than just a couple nights.
What really struck me about this place is how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment living. The residences come with proper kitchens – I’m talking full-size fridges, decent stovetops, and all the cookware you’d actually want to use. After weeks of eating out (because let’s face it, Seoul’s food scene can be overwhelming in the best way), having the option to cook a simple breakfast or heat up some late-night Korean fried chicken was honestly a game-changer. The washing machines in each unit are another one of those details that seem small until you realize you don’t have to pack three weeks’ worth of clothes or hunt down a laundromat.
The location works really well if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. You’re not in the thick of Myeongdong’s tourist chaos, but you’re also not stuck way out in some residential area where nothing’s walkable. The neighborhood has that authentic Seoul vibe – convenience stores on every corner (seriously, the GS25 downstairs became my best friend), local restaurants where the ajumma will remember your order after three visits, and enough happening around you to feel connected to the city’s rhythm. The staff deserves credit too – they’re genuinely helpful without being hovering, and most speak enough English to handle the practical stuff, though having a translation app handy never hurts. I mean, this is a 3-star property with an 8.4 rating, which tells you something about how they’re managing guest expectations. It’s not luxury, but it’s thoughtfully done. The rooms are clean, functional, and surprisingly quiet considering you’re in Seoul – though I’d still recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a super light sleeper, because this city never really sleeps.
Travelers should reserve a hotel in Seoul at least two months ahead for major events like K-pop concerts and cultural festivals, ensuring the best rates and prime locations near popular attractions.

Guest Reviews
Perfect location, very clean, very comfortable and practical room. Could stay for longer duration.
The hosts were super useful and helpful with any problems or questions I had. The location is great-- five minutes from the metro and ten from Myeongdong! There was everything I needed to cook food and wash up.
Good location, minimum fuss check in, which was done via an 'office', not your classic reception, so if that's not your kind of thing, it might be best to consider a different place.
Very good location. In between two subway stations that were just within walking distance, and a bus stop in front of the building. Major tourist sites also within reasonable walking distance.
The place was modern and clean and as seen in the photos. Basic equipment and toiletries were included; two kinds of pillows offered (hard and soft!). Wifi was good and with streaming services. Soundproofing really good.
Host was responsive and accommodated late check-in: we received the codes and very clear instructions.
A fantastic location. Walking distance to everywhere and very easy to get to a few subway stations.
Strategic location
My only positive comment about the hotel is its location. It is very close to two different metro lines, and it is easy to reach popular places.
Great location!
