The whole setup is honestly pretty clever. They’ve managed to create this 4-star experience that doesn’t feel stuffy or corporate at all. When I first walked in, I was struck by how quiet everything was – not that eerie hotel silence, but more like the comfortable quiet of an actual neighborhood. The lobby area has these oversized windows that let in tons of natural light, and there’s usually this subtle smell of coffee drifting around (they’ve got a proper espresso setup, not one of those sad lobby machines).
