I mean, the furniture isn’t going to win any design awards, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable and everything worked properly – which honestly puts it ahead of some pricier places I’ve stayed. The bathroom was spotless (seriously, I’m picky about this stuff), and the shower had decent water pressure. What really got me was the attention to small details – fresh towels that didn’t smell like industrial detergent, blackout curtains that actually blocked light, and outlets positioned where you’d logically want to charge your phone. The staff seemed genuinely friendly too, not that forced hospitality thing you get sometimes.

Look, with a 7.6 rating, you’re not walking into luxury territory, but that’s kind of the point. This feels like a place run by people who understand what travelers actually need – a clean, quiet room, reliable Wi-Fi, and staff who won’t make check-in feel like a interrogation. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, and while the lobby got a bit crowded in the evenings, the noise never carried to the rooms. The whole place has this unpretentious, almost homey quality that made it easy to just settle in and relax. If you’re the type who needs a rooftop bar and marble everything, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want somewhere dependable that won’t blow your budget – and honestly, where you’ll probably sleep better than expected – Neat House delivers on its simple promise.

  Definitely love the location which is located in the middle of Hongdae, 2 minutes walk to bus stop , approximately 10 minutes to Hongik University subway station. Approximately 20 minutes walk to Airport metro line. Near CU , 7-11 and Mega coffee which is just right opposite the main road. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. They offered luggage storage space so you no need to spend extra for luggage locker in any of the subway station.
