The Wi-Fi is solid, the air conditioning is quiet, and there’s enough space to actually spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. I stayed during cherry blossom season when everything in the city gets a bit crazy with crowds, but coming back to those panoramic views each evening felt like having a private retreat above all the beautiful chaos.
