Moon House Overview
I’ll be honest with you – Moon House isn’t going to blow you away with luxury, but there’s something genuinely charming about this little three-star spot that keeps it real. When I first walked in, I was struck by how the place has this lived-in, authentic vibe that you just don’t get at those cookie-cutter chain hotels. The lobby’s got character, you know? Not Instagram-perfect, but the kind of place where you can tell stories have unfolded over the years.
The rooms are what you’d expect for a mid-range hotel – clean, functional, with that slightly worn-around-the-edges feel that actually works in its favor. I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or thread counts that make you weep with joy, but honestly? Everything works, the beds are surprisingly comfortable, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The staff genuinely seems to care, which counts for a lot more than fancy amenities in my book. I noticed they remember your name after the first day, and they’re actually helpful with local recommendations rather than just pointing you toward tourist traps.
What really won me over was the atmosphere – Moon House has this quiet, almost residential feel that’s perfect if you’re tired of hotels that feel like airports. The common areas invite you to linger (there’s this corner with mismatched chairs that somehow works perfectly), and you’ll often find yourself chatting with other guests or staff members without it feeling forced. Sure, the 6.6 rating might not scream “luxury getaway,” but sometimes you want a place that feels genuine rather than polished to within an inch of its life. It’s the kind of hotel where you sleep well, wake up refreshed, and realize you’ve found one of those hidden gems that doesn’t need to shout about how great it is.

Don't worry about the above review. The accommodation is very awesome
I made a reservation late at night, but I hesitated after seeing a bad review, but I didn't have a choice, so I made a reservation, but the host was very friendly, and the price of the accommodation was low and tables and chairs for several people were available watching Netflix
I'm planning to make a reservation again after traveling to Busan. I highly recommend itJason from Singapore (7/10)
