I stayed in one of their two-queen setups, and I was genuinely surprised by how spacious it felt – you know how Seoul accommodations can be pretty compact, but they’ve really maximized the space here. The beds are actually comfortable (not always a given), and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The whole place has this clean, almost minimalist vibe that grows on you – nothing fancy, but everything works exactly like it should.

What really won me over was the attention to practical details. The WiFi actually works consistently throughout the room, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a construction site, and the water pressure is solid. These might sound like basic expectations, but honestly, I’ve stayed in plenty of places with higher star ratings that couldn’t nail these fundamentals. The staff seems to genuinely care about making sure things run smoothly – they’re not overly chatty, but they’re helpful when you need something and they clearly take pride in keeping the place well-maintained. I mean, for a 3-star property, the overall experience feels more polished than you’d expect. The 9.2 rating isn’t some fluke – it’s the result of consistently doing the small things right, which actually matters more than fancy lobbies or elaborate breakfast spreads when you’re trying to have a good trip without breaking the bank.

  Excellent location relatively close to the COEX mall and within easy access to other areas in Seoul. Tube station just 1 minute walk from the property (circle line). Also bus stop just outside, so perfectly located to get around in Seoul. Property has everything you need for your stay, kettle, microwave, washing machine, toiletries. Would recommend.

  Location was great! Super close to the subway stop and buses. The host gave us detailed instructions on how to get into the property. The building guards were also helpful when I needed help confirming I was at the right building.
  
  The beds were comfortable and the place was spacious. Having a washing machine was a big plus because we could wash our clothes. As dryers aren't popular in Korea, the drying rack was also great. To note, the place only had fabric softener, so you had to get laundry pods at the Emart, which was really close by.
  
  The host was also super responsive whenever I had any questions. The wifi wasn't working initially, and the host worked with me to fix it as quickly as possible. I really appreciated that.
  
  To note: if you want this place to hold your luggage after checking out, you leave it outside the room door. While different than hotels, the building has CCTV and a building guard so I felt safe to leave them out like this for ~3 hours.
