  The hotel is at a perfect place. You can use the buses to go almost everywhere from there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jin!! (thank you for all your advice)

  Everything was on spot at this hotel. It is conveniently located next to Changgyeonggung and at 15min walking from DDP. The room, bathroom and the lobby were spotless, the bed so comfortable and the staff very helpful. To my favorite clerk at the Front Desk, yes you with the Ronaldinho phone cover, THANK YOU for all the good infos about the city and the restaurants you gave us. We appreciate it a lot!! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends 🙂

  Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The rooms were kept very clean and were looked after attentively. Decent enough room in the hotel plus a small gym and rooftop garden. Overall was very pleasant and good value for our stay.

  location is good, near attractions and very quiet. The hotel is neat and tidy, the staff is kind and helpful. We were allowed to check in late and they stored our luggage for the day the last day. There’s a laundry room and rooftop with a nice view of the city. How room was also pretty big.

  I like how friendly the reception staff were , I like that there was water available . The housekeeping staff were so lovely as well. Hotel is close to many shops and restaurants . Great transportation close by the palace was close by.
