The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place – you can feel it in everything from the way the lobby smells (like fresh linens with just a hint of something floral, not that overwhelming hotel air freshener) to how the staff genuinely remembers your name after one conversation. I mean, the front desk person asked about my morning run on day three without me even mentioning I was a runner.

What really struck me was how they’ve nailed all the little things that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The shower pressure? Perfect. The WiFi? Works everywhere, even in that weird dead zone most hotels have near the elevators.
