The lobby has this understated elegance that I wasn’t expecting – sort of a modern interpretation of traditional Korean aesthetics, if that makes sense. Dark wood, clean lines, but with these subtle touches like ceramic pieces that actually look like they belong rather than being stuck there by an interior designer who googled “Korean decor.” The staff genuinely seemed to care about getting things right, which you notice in small ways throughout your stay. Check-in was smooth, and they actually remembered my name when I passed through the lobby later – not because they’re trained to do it, but because it felt natural.

I mean, with an 8.6 rating, you’d expect the rooms to be decent, but they’re actually quite thoughtful. The bedding is that perfect weight where you don’t wake up too hot or too cold, and honestly, the shower pressure was better than what I have at home. What I really appreciated were the little details – proper hangers (not those flimsy hotel ones), good lighting for reading, and outlets where you actually need them. The soundproofing is solid too; I barely heard anything from neighboring rooms, which is saying something since I’m usually pretty sensitive to hotel noise. There’s this subtle attention to creating genuine comfort rather than just checking boxes on a luxury amenities list. The minibar prices weren’t completely outrageous either, which was a pleasant surprise.

Look, it’s not going to blow your mind with flashy features or Instagram-worthy infinity pools, but that’s kind of the point. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work – everything was immaculate without feeling sterile. And the concierge actually gave me restaurant recommendations that turned out to be spots locals frequent, not just tourist traps with kickback arrangements. If you’re looking for a solid, well-run hotel where you can actually relax and feel like the staff wants you to have a good experience, this place gets it right in ways that matter more than fancy marble or over-the-top amenities.

  大家さん？と事前に予定変更のお願いなどメッセージのやり取りをしました。毎回親切かつ迅速に回答してもらえて安心しました。出発前から写真付きで行き方など詳しく説明してくれて、迷うことなくたどり着けました。
  
  ただ私は韓国語で連絡していたので、韓国語でメッセージが来ました。外国籍の方に何語で対応されているのかは分からないです。
  
  鍵の開閉が分かりづらいとの口コミもありましたが、特に問題ありませんでした(韓国はほとんどの住まいが鍵ではなく秘密番号で開閉します)。
  
  部屋は広く、きれいに整えられていました。部屋同士の遮音性も高いので、誰かがリビングで話していても寝たい人は気にせず眠れました。
  
  タオルは鏡の裏に充分に用意されており、充電器やWi-Fi、広いキッチンに大きな冷蔵庫、エアコンも各部屋完備で何不自由なく過ごすことができました。
  
  飲み物などは小さなコンビニが建物のすぐ下にあるし、駅や繁華街とのアクセスもよく立地的にも便利です。
  
  4人で宿泊しましたが、余裕の広さでした。
  「ゆっくり眠れましたか？」など宿泊中も気遣いのメッセージが届き、友人の部屋を借りているような気分でした。
