At night, you can hear the city settling down, but it’s not jarring or anything. The windows are actually pretty decent at keeping the noise manageable.

What really sold me on recommending this place is how the staff seems to genuinely care about getting the details right. My room was on the smaller side – I won’t pretend it’s spacious – but everything just worked. The shower had proper water pressure (you’d be amazed how many places mess this up), the Wi-Fi didn’t drop every five minutes, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for something that looked pretty standard. There’s this attention to cleanliness that goes beyond the obvious stuff too – like, the elevator buttons were actually clean, the hallway carpets didn’t have that weird hotel smell, little things that add up.
