Here’s the thing about staying in Jongno-gu — you’re basically in the heart of everything that matters in Seoul. The hotel sits right on Cheonggyecheon-ro, which means you’re literally steps away from the famous Cheonggyecheon stream. You know what’s great about this spot? You can walk to Myeongdong in about 15 minutes, hit up Insadong for traditional crafts and tea houses, or catch the subway to Gangnam without any hassle. Couples seem to absolutely love this area (and I get why — the evening walks along the stream are pretty romantic), but it works just as well if you’re here solo or with friends.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was compact but smartly designed — very typical Seoul style where every inch counts. The bed was comfortable enough, and I actually appreciated the heated floors during my winter visit. The bathroom was small but functional, with a decent shower and all the basics you’d expect.
