  This apartment is very good for group of friends.Although, the apartment is in a basement, they are well renovated and have comfortable beds, good facilities and 2 cozy rooms. Close to Coex.

  The location is great, with a convenience store nearby.
  There’s a small kitchen that is fully equipped, making it perfect for simple cooking. What amazed us was the clothes deodorizer, which allowed us to deodorize our clothes right after eating barbecue.
  The landlord is very kind and responds to messages promptly, giving a reassuring feeling.
  
  The downside is that the space is relatively small, and it might feel a bit cramped if five people stay. The bathroom doesn’t have a dry-wet separation, but fortunately, the floor dries quite quickly. The bed firmness is acceptable, but we didn’t like the texture of the blanket and bed sheets.
  
  Overall, it’s very clean and a recommended option for friends on a short trip!

  The location is unbeatable—literally a 5-minute walk to the subway station and Coex, making it incredibly convenient to explore Gangnam and all of Seoul.
  
  The apartment is exceptionally clean and newly renovated, with modern amenities that make your stay feel luxurious. The new refrigerator, air conditioner, and washing machine were fantastic additions, and the neat organization of the room and bedding added to the overall comfort.
  
  One unique highlight was the styler in the bedroom, which was a lifesaver for getting rid of any lingering scents from a delicious Korean BBQ dinner. The kitchen is also well-equipped, complete with a filtered ice maker—no need for extra trips to the store!
  
  The host was wonderful—kind, accommodating, and responsive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
  
  Although it’s a semi-basement, the place is so well-designed and thoughtfully equipped that I didn’t feel like I was in one at all. With abundant sunlight streaming in and a dehumidifier keeping the air fresh and comfortable, it felt just like a cozy retreat.

  建物は普通ですが、中に入ると別世界。リフォームしたてのように新しく、清潔感あふれる部屋です。大きな冷蔵庫、ドラム式の洗濯機、浄水器付きのキッチンに加えて、衣類の殺菌ができる施設も完備です。マイナス８度の極寒でしたが、オンドルで部屋は一日中ポカポカです。立地もよくコストパフォーマンスは最高です。オーナーの対応も迅速で、親切でした。
