Morning coffee tastes different when you’re sipping it in a wooden pavilion overlooking a carefully arranged rock garden. The check-in process is refreshingly smooth – no long waits or complicated key card situations – and they’ve thought through practical stuff like luggage storage and transportation connections without making a big deal about it.
