The rooms are honestly more spacious than I expected – and I’m talking about actual space to spread out your stuff, not just clever mirror tricks. The beds have this perfect firmness that somehow works whether you’re a side sleeper or one of those back-sleeping people, and the blackout curtains actually block out the neon chaos that is Seoul at night. What I really appreciated though was the bathroom setup – separate shower and tub, good water pressure, and those little toiletry touches that show they’re paying attention. The whole place has this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile, if that makes sense. There’s warm wood accents throughout that soften all the glass and metal you’d expect in Yeouido.

Location-wise, you’re right in the thick of Seoul’s business heart, which means easy subway connections and you can walk to decent restaurants without hiking across the city. The staff – and this might sound small but it’s huge when you’re traveling – actually seem to enjoy helping people figure things out. No robotic smiles or scripted responses, just genuine assistance when you’re trying to navigate the area or need recommendations that aren’t straight from a tourism brochure. The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there; it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in the city, but everything works the way it should, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re away from home. Sure, it’s a 4-star property, but it punches above its weight in all the ways that actually matter during your stay.

  Friendly cleaning staff, cleaned the room so well. Loved the window for fresh air. Room was so spacious and well thought out with a dresser, open clothing rack with bench underneath and the bathroom was nice and big. Bidet was high tech and state of the art. I loved that the floors were NOT carpet.

  Everything! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, The breakfast buffet was to die for. The staff was helpful and attentive. There is a metro stop right outside the hotel, and a lovely park a few blocks away.
