The lobby’s got this clean, minimalist vibe without trying too hard to impress, and the staff genuinely seems happy to help rather than just going through the motions.

I’ll be straight with you – this isn’t where you’ll find marble bathrooms or rooftop infinity pools. What you will find is a solid, well-run hotel that knows exactly what it is. The rooms are compact but smartly designed (typical for Seoul, really), with everything you actually need and nothing you don’t. The beds are surprisingly comfortable – I’m talking proper sleep, not that stiff hotel mattress nonsense. And honestly, the soundproofing is better than some fancier places I’ve stayed at in the area, which matters when you’re in the heart of Gangnam. The WiFi actually works consistently too, something that shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024 but somehow still is.

What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re not stuck on some touristy strip – this feels like you’re staying where actual Seoul happens. There’s a fantastic Korean BBQ joint about two blocks away that I stumbled onto around 11 PM (they’re open late, thankfully), and I watched more locals than tourists filing in and out. The subway connections are genuinely convenient without the hotel having to trumpet about it every five minutes. I mean, you can walk to multiple lines without breaking a sweat, and that 8.0 rating they’ve earned? It feels about right – not perfect, but reliably good in ways that matter when you’re actually living out of a suitcase for a few days. The value proposition here is solid, especially considering you’re getting a decent night’s sleep in Gangnam without paying Gangnam’s typical premium prices.

  ロケーションがよかった。最寄り駅も徒歩圏内ですぐ近くにたくさんの飲食店やユニクロもオリーブヨンなどがあり、便利だった。あと室内は静かでしっかり休めた。
