  1. I didn't pay attention that a swimming pool was available in the Hotel. So, a surprise for me & my wife.
  2. Noted there's self-service washing machines available. Since I only stayed for 1 night, I hadn't gotten the chance to make use of it. Should be good for more nights stay.

  Staff was super helpful with all our questions, held our luggage before check in and called a jumbo taxi for us (4 adults) Location was great as it was close to City Hall Station – Exit 9. It was a quick ride to main tourist attractions. 1 Bedroom Suite was super spacious and comfortable!

  The staff were very professional and accommodating. We booked a deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was very comfortable. The beds were made, room cleaned and housekeeping replaced our towels and slippers every day, restocking free bottles of water in the fridge as well. We had a beautiful view over the city. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a popular kulguksu restaurant and walking distance from a Nice to C U convenience store and Woori bank with a global ATM. A WOW pass machine is located in the lobby, so you can easily load foreign currency onto it at a competitive rate and then use it to pay in KRW for any Korean goods or services. We lost one of the room key cards but the staff at ENA Suite Hotel kindly waived the fee. Of course we found the card as soon as we came back home to Australia! Sorry Manager님, we will bring it back on our next visit to Korea. We will definitely stay there again 🙂
